How soon will my order be dispatched?
Within one working day of your order and personalisation details being confirmed. We work Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sundays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel within two hours of ordering, as long as personalisation has not begun. Once we have started making your gift it cannot be cancelled, because it carries a name or message that makes it unique to you.
How do I send my personalisation details?
Add them at checkout where the product page asks for them, or send them to us on WhatsApp with your order number. We share a proof with you before anything is engraved or printed.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,000 and above. For smaller orders we confirm the delivery charge with you by phone or WhatsApp. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes, from 25 pieces upward, with your branding and a GST invoice. Send us a message with what you need and roughly how many, and we will come back with a quote.
My gift arrived damaged. What now?
Send us photographs on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement.
